I am about to do a huge audio upgrade in my car and I will need to get a lot of stuff back and forth between the headunit and the trunk. Which is the best route for all the wires and cables? Down the sides? Down the tunnel? Under the seats?

I believe the best way is to run them underneath the trim where the door meets the carper/plstic trim area.

I ran my 6-channel RCA cable and a remote cable down the center, underneath the carpet on the rear hump, then under the rear seat.

the person who owned the car befor me ran all of his wires behind the dash and under all the carpet. it took him a while to do it since he had to take out all the interior to do it.
