No air conditioning might have hurt the sale for much of the country. Too bad - looks semi-nice. That swap had to cost him $10-12K, at least. I know people that have done S50/S52 Euro swaps that cost $15K+. Its an expensive conversion, and I suspect he'll have to find that magic buyer to recoup more of his investment.
