So I figured I'd get a feeler out there for a meet again this Wednesday, March 21st. The last meet was pretty good and it was great to meet some new faces and see some old ones again too.

From the feedback I got just about everyone who was there last week was down to do this again this Wednesday. Lets start up a list and see who wants to go.

DIRECTIONS

Coming from the Bronx...


Take I-87 N to exit 6A (Stew Leonard's Rd). Turn into Costco, up a giant hill, (signs for Costco everywhere) and go into the Parking Lot. Then drive down into the lower level through the entrance in the middle of the lot. Don't ask the employees. They don't speak english.


Coming from Long Island, Queens or Brooklyn...



Go over either the Whitestone or Throgs Neck Bridge.


From whitestone, STAY LEFT after the bridge to take Hutchinson River Pkwy N to the I-287 West exit

If you stay right and accidentally just get on 95 N, it will take longer, but all you have to do is take exit 21 to I-287 W.

From Throgs Neck...


Go over the bridge and stay RIGHT to go onto New England Thruway i-95 NORTH.

From here you have two options:


Stay straight on 95 North to exit 21 to I-287 West...


Or take exit 9 on 95 N, right after the Throgs Neck, to Hutchinson River Pkwy N. Follow this until the I-287 W exit.



Go onto I-287 west.





Now that you're both at the same place, keep taking I-287 west until you see I-87 S. This is not an exit. You have to MERGE ONTO I-87 S. It breaks off from the highway.


Once you're on I-87 S, take it all the way to the toll. Right after the toll, I mean literally, a couple hundred feet ahead, you will see exit 6a to Stew Leonard Dr.


Take the exit ramp and at the light, follow the sign to Costco.


Go into the parking lot and drive into the lower level.







Coming from Jersey


Two options:

1. Take the Palisades Pkwy Northish to 287 east towards the Tappan Zee bridge.


Go over the bridge and STAY RIGHT to merge onto I-87 south.

Now follow the instructions from above.




Option 2.


Take the GW bridge to 95 N.


Take exit 9 to Hutchinson River Pkwy N.


Take the I-287 W exit and follow the instructions from above.

dude my car is stuck too, not as much snow, but my splitters wont let me out..cause i think the snow will tear them out (im gonna take em off asap and sell em)


the AFE intake is different for the 330 and m3..the m3 one cost twice as much too :rolleyes

i took my car to the shop today. my car was in my driveway but i didnt clean up the area in front of my car after it snowed so basically there was a nice amount of ice and snow in front of my car that would have destroyed the splitters of my CSL bumper... i used a lot of hot water and a scraper to destroy the stuff directly in front of my car... once u get over the "hump" so to speak u are okay... definitely try that out, and lightly put some salt on the long stretch of in front of u(if u can). once u clear whats directly in front of u u can pull the rest of the car out.

Not quite. Apparently a car in the level below us was on fire (LOL!) and started to fill the garage with smoke. Fire trucks came. We left. Other guys went to the Stew Leonard's parking lot. I had to ditch.

hey man awesome pics, they came out nice. u've got some great skills. i like the shutter exposure a lot. it really absorbs everything in and gives great effects as well. were u able to develop and process anymore of them?

its a shame u weren't able to get there a little earlier, there were some really sick cars out. ur pictures are great though, u should consider taking personal shots of peoples cars and then developing them into professional prints. if u get some nice shots i'm sure some people will be more than willing to pay for some fine pics/prints of their cars... i know i would. :D
