Id like to take this time to thank Chris at Understeer once again, not for the purchase of a product, but for his honesty and amazing customer service skills.
I called to inquire and purchase a clutch because I was not sure that my current one would hold up in search of more power.
Chris was easily going to make a sale because I have had many previous positive purchases through understeer, yet he took the time to do the research and in his honesty told me that my current UUC clutch would be able to handle what I currently seek. I cannot express my gratitude enough, as not only did he save me money but made my customer relationship with his business that more solid.
I wish more businesses were like this, and I look forward to doing future business with Understeer.
