Came across SCHATZ & KRUM on the internet after being frustrated with the local shops in Sacramento. Lubo's which everyone seems to goto is OK if your not into performance. I was inquiring about performance chip with Lubo and his answer was, "why would you want to do that?" Then there is M-PowerMotors which again is a good shop but not up on the mods or performace....just maintance.

SCHATZ & KRUM on the other hand is owned and run by Stuart Krum who is active in racing and actually maintains BMW Motor Sports of Europe prepared Race Car. They have a inhouse Dyno thay the UNICHIP's are done on. I was very impressed with the shop also.

I've been searching for some mods for my 95 525i and really have had no luck finding anything besides the norm...Chip, K&N....... well now I have found a shop that know something and is there speciality. I'm now in the process of have a custom UNICHIP, MAS, Larger Thottle Body installed.

Stuart is great and very willing to just shoot the breeze about the Bimmers and mod's.
