Anyone here know a house or vacant land for sale that has lake access? Lake needs to be a ski lake. House to be under $500K and under $150K for the land.

Any leads would be appreciated. Can be anywhere in Florida, I have been looking around Orlando but real estate prices here has just gone through the roof.
