yes. Just know that you "may" have to put somewhere in the range 5g's within the future years. Just keep it in the back of your mind. Wear and tear plays a part on a car with some of our cars mildly high mileage.
4 years or whatever it may be. ***E30 ///M guys chime in:::
"15grand rule" comes into mind with our cars in this day in age.
ie: suspension bushings, alternator, exhaust leak,
Looks like a good buy:: :interior+
I'd jump on it
good luck dude

I would go for it, it looks good. Life takes risks, i bought mine without any maintaince records and i was really surprised with the result it runs strong.

The one thing that troubles me about the listing is that they very pointedly (it seems) took pictures that avoid showing the driver's side seat bolsters. You also have no clear idea of the wear on the carpet, door cards, etc. The seller IMO seems to be avoiding areas that typically show wear.
Many people take pictures of their cars from the best possible angles but in the case of a car this old, I would want a more clear idea of the condition of some of the areas not shown in the pictures.

It has had repair to the LF fender well.
This indicates that it was hit pretty hard in the LF corner and the frame *May/may not* have gotten bent.... potentially $6500-8500 worth of damage.
An interested buyer would be advised to ask for close up pics of the LF frame rail with the airbox removed. If it shows evidence of being pulled and beaten on a frame rack, be advised that the car *may/may not* have some handling problems when driven at 8/10-10/10ths....autox or track.
I'd also measure the wheelbase on both sides.
It is possible that the discovery of the damage might have killed it's potential export sale.
The "racey pedals" indicate(to me) that bling might have been more important than maintenance by one youngish owner.
Otherwise, I think it is a nice example for <$10k.

I just recently bought one in the under 4K range. I went into the purchase knowing the 15K rule, but I got a car that was rust free but it had a worn out suspension and needed an exhaust. It had a poor macco job but was free of poor body work. All said I will have 7k into it the first year of ownership due to I turn my own wrenches. Granted mine has 260k on the clock so it obviously had work done to thru out it's life or it would not have made it this far.
That one has cosmetic issues from pics but I would want to see it run and hear what it sounds like before I plunk down 10G.

The coolant overflow tank looks to either be dirty or have oil residue on the inside. I would be sure that it's simply dirt on the outside and not a blown head gasket.

"some rust on undercarriage"
That says it all..............
