i purchased this exhaust from a friend and he stated it was UUC. i have no way of telling, so i am selling this as a UUC exhaust. it is in great condition and only ran on the car for 2 months. i have had numerous tickets and dont like to be associated with the "ricers" so im selling this at a great loss to me. purchased for $500 brand new from the friend. willing to sell for $350 shipped for the 2 month old exhaust.

Apparently this is not the actual UUC system. ECBAOBAO states his reasons below. But this system was beleived to be an actual UUC system because I have heard it next to 2 different E36s with the UUC system, and there was no difference in the tone.

looks like uuc, there should be a logo on the side of the tip...

damn, i was going to come pick it up until I saw it was DTM tips, I really want a UUC exhaust after hearing one this weekend, but I really don't like the DTM tips. :p

1) Muffler can is "seam crimped", not welded.

2) Muffler is narrower.

3) Pipes appear to be 50mm/1.8", not the 60mm UUC size.

4) Pipe contour is different.

5) Hangers have no reinforcement tabs.

kk, but I will not come down in my price. I am still losing $150 from the 2 months it was on. I sounded just as good as my 2 other friends UUC exhausts, and they bought theirs from the site. Still cheaper for the same sound/ hp increase.

Bro if you bought that for $500 you need to go back and knock on your "friends" door...maybe with a negotiating tool, like perhaps a metal pipe. Not to bust your balls but bro you're gonna drop 5bills on an exhaust because your friend tells you it's uuc...that's no good, a fool is easily parted with his money...don't be a fool. Good luck getting your money back. If I were local I'd go with you to knock on his door, I hate to see someone ripped off.
