I drive about 50/50 freeway/streets and I get like 18-20mpg too. I have most of the basic NA mods.

Both of mine have got 23.8ish pretty consistently. This is mostly highway driving, however. Maybe 80/20.

According to OBC, 28-29 freeway, low 20's in the city, and about 23 mixed.

Pour some fuel injector cleaner in there. (Chevron Techron)

That, coupled with new plugs. I'm getting around 350 / tank. *Slightly less during spirited driving..:devillook

I was getting around 270 before.

26-27 highway

20 going at 80mph all the time, going fast and shifting at 4,200-4,500

21-24 between 70-75mph and shifting gears at 3,500-3,700 rpms in streets.

He is saying 90% city and 10% freeway driving.

I average ~25mpg with probably 60/40 city/freeway.

14-15mpg pretty consistently. Between the traffic jams, the s/c, and my lead foot, my mpg doesn't have a chance

If I'm on the highway, I can get 22mpg. But a combination of the two yields about 20mpg. Yay 3.38! :shifty

I've been getting about 21-22 lately, thats about 50/50 city/hwy. I dont know why because normally I get much less. I have been stepping on it though and I have calculated I get better mileage. Maybe because I coast more. It's weird.

+1. I don't even know what exact MPG I get now but I can tell you that it's a cow. I watch the needle go down when I drive in the city.

$3.53/gal for 91, oil companies turning huge profits, this is awesome.

I just bought a Jeep too, probably not one of my wiser decisions. Should have gotten a Civic! Woo woo.

Seriously.

I love how people get laughed at for driving around bland put-put cars as their daily commuters when really they're smarter than all of us and have probably saved thousands on gas over the years. Not to mention they probably have an AMG or M5 sitting at home or something.

I'm sure by mid-summer, I'll either not want to drive the Jeep that often except to go off-roading, or I'll sell it for a put-put four banger. ...That I'll probably end up motor swapping and turbo'ing anyway. :rofl

Yea the measured mpg is totally off I guess due to the chippage. It keeps telling me I'm getting around 28-30mpg lol. The math at the pump tells a far different story.

I get 20 mpg in the hilly area I live in... 100% city pretty much. Thought it was only me getting shitty mpg like this..

:stickoutt

Yeah, it deeked me out too when I filled up for the first time after the charger. I got 32mpg. :rofl

The greatest part was it said I had a 500 mile range on a 3/4 fill-up.

You guys should all be stoked my M5 gets 12 on a good day. Plus I have to use a damn 15$ additive with every tank of premium to keep the f****r from pinging.

Hmm, last I put fuel in my car, I got about 320 miles on $150 in Fuel. I averaged about 12 MPG on the track at Sears Point, but at $5.50 gal, it adds up fast!

According to OBC, 26-28 freeway.. usually about 24 city. :dunno Not too bad considering my last vehicle was a Z71 Silverado that would get up to about 15 mpg on the freeway. :shifty
