I am running KYB sport adjusts front and rear with H&R sport springs, I like them I know I'm going against the grain, I should use Bilstien but I have had real good luck with KYB's over the years and stick with them.

You can’t adjust the rears like you can with the Bilstein, you have to use the different size rubber mounts the springs sit in you can get different sizes from tire rack or the dealer. I got the thinnest for the rear 3mm I believe but the thinnest for the rear and the thickest 9 mm for the front (2) each 1 top and 1 bottom. Dropped the car about 1.25 in just right, rides nice and level it’s not a harsh ride just firm. I like driving 75ish on long trips and it does real well, my backside gives out from the “comfort” :rolleyes seats before suspension bothers me. And oh yes the rears are a pain I had to take out the rear seats, the console, the rear deck panel to get to the towers, I did both sides of the front in about a hour it took me that long just getting to the rears :mad

your talkin bout the spring perch? moving the pice that supports the spring on the shock, right?
are the new mounts pricy$?

Yes, I am talking about the perch that the spring sits on with the KYB’s they are built into the shock and non-movable, you can get some height adjustment with the rubber seats depending on how many you put in or don’t, I was told you can stack them but as I said I went with the smallest in the rear I think the rears cost me about 65.00 ea through tire rack.

Here is how she was sitting and now.

I have them on my E32. They're pretty OK as OEM replacements. Jiggly at first but tones down to a pretty good ride.
