I am moving to Vegas, but have only ever been on the strip. If someone could please let me know what area's of Vegas are nice to live in and raise a family. I have between 250,000-280,000k to spend, and would really like to live in a nice neighborhood. If someone could please let me know where to look I would appreciate it.

Last time i was there we stayed in a friend's condo type thing.. And there was cockroaches everywhere..

But a fun town to be in.. I don't remember the place's name where we were but it was a couple miles from the strip, kinda by the Texas..

There was little kids out on the strip at like 2am.. That was nuts..
