So it took me about 4 hrs so far to, uninstall the broken arm.
Need to remove rear sways and lower the diff just to get that damn bolt out of the arm! :banghead:
Anyways, I've got the arm installed but I just noticed something..
the new arm has much more of a gap than the older one...
WTH...I can't post links/pics...
Will the arm settle somehow after driving a while?
Or what can I do to fix it?
Please help!
Daniel

Left arm is bent too. I hope you didn't put it all back together.

Did you torque the rear control arm or did you just get it as tight as possible?
Because those arms needs to be torqued to spec. Also BMW may have just updated that part within the company. Just make sure it can be set to your last suspension specs.

man that looks so tempting...
But I just called Joel from BHS and I'm just gonna go all out and replace the arms and sways with UUC
I really appreciate the offer though!!
Also, I just got off the phone with bmw advantage to ask about trq specs for the arm.
He said that when I get it aligned, they should do that, and just make sure I have them nice and tight till then.
I took a bunch of pics so I'll write up a DIY when I have time to help some people $500+ =)
