I am usually in the E36 and FI threads but Friday I will be picking up a Black Sapphire 2004 545i with sports suspension. Wanted the 6-speed but the wife insisted that the sushbox was needed as this will be a "family car". I am keeping the M3 for day I want to run thru the gears.

I already am looking at making it look a little bit sweeter. I have seen may front lip spoilers and deck lid spoilers all over ebay and the internet. Does anyone have first hand knowledge on the ebay stuff? It looks good in their (sellers) pictures but is it worth the money.

*this is only my personal experience*

my best bud purchased a front lip spoiler for his g35 coupe, from a random ebay seller...similar to some of the links you provided.

to my suprise, the quality was great...fitment was equally as good.

with a little prep work, it came out fantastic. it needed a little more sanding than your typical aftermarket brand name part...but the fitment was dead on.

As with all mods it's personal preferance.I don't like any of the rear spoilers shown, they look like bolt on's and belong on a japanese car.(personal opinion)

I chose a much smaller rear spoiler that mounts on top of the rear deck lid. It's a factory M5 body kit.

Those rear deck spoilers are "look alike" of the AC Schnitzer. I think if the car was done all up with a full ground kit and wider "deep dish" wheels it would look good. I think I am getting the stock M5 rear deck spoiler. I do like the Front End treatments in my links. I think I will do that and be done.

Although it's a bit more pricey, bekkers.com has the OE M5 front.
