I am looking primarily for a California wagon with good history and documentation. That being said I would like a 540 (i or it), but the maintenace of a 528 (i or it) could trump that desire. I am open to the sedan as well, but with a child and a dog to haul around, I would think the touring would become invaluable.

These are the wagon preferences:
1) Black, Silver or White (tan or grey leather)
2) Prefer < 100k mileage
3) Sport Package is nice to have
4) Prefer < $12k
