It's been a total nightmare!!! Two weeks ago I placed an order for $200 worth tools to do my Headgasket... I saw the transaction pend on my bank account but it never posted and I never received shipping information. So I called them a week later, they said they didn't have the payment and hadn't shipped anything; they had all my order information though. He said he would have to check with his "bookkeeper" to verify the payment, went on how their online website doesn't take VISA check cards (What? What only checkout DOESN'T take VISA check cards? They work the same as credit...), and wanted me to give him another credit card number.

Here we are today, they are having to run my payment through again, would not give me any upgrades to shipping (because, and I quote "It would be $30 for 2-day shipping and this isn't our fault"), and says it will be another week before I get my delivery. Dude, all I want is my tools so I can fix my car..... Anyone else have problems with them?

Just to update....

I got my tools yesterday, 3 weeks after I ordered. They did 2nd-day air them to me and also cut the price off by $15 (supposedly an invoice error though).

I haven't worked on my headgasket job in 3 weeks I think I've forgotten where I was. :rolleyes

Replying to information requests is at their discretion absolutely.
Not even "We can't help you."

I ordered pretty much the same stuff you did from ZDMak when working on my head gasket about 5-6 months ago. I didn't have any problems.

I did eventually get a response to my Emails.
They do not ship outside of the US.
Very odd for an E-Commerce Company.

I had a problem with zdmak before, it was nobody's fault. just a labling error. but they were out of stock on the tool that I needed, so I would have had to wait, I ended up forking over some cash to my dealer, about $100 more (assholes wouldnt let me just borrow there's. I am such a regular customer too, every body knows my name. I even offered to leave my wallet, I guess nobody can ever do any thing cool for anybody ever). but back to zdmak. I called and they were very nice andf helpful however it did not make up for my week of down time sitting on my ass for the wrong tool....but its just another thing to confirm my belief that nothing ever works out the way it should.
