I bought a 2002 325CI over the internet and unfortunatly the car was not as pictured! One of the problems is that the door lock is jamed on the drivers door, it will not go up or down. The main key will not turn the lock manualy or open the trunk either. Is this a central locking system problem? Can I fix this myself or will the dealer have to do it? Thank you

Umm....I think this is for a pro....

If you want to investigate...pull the panels (inside) off your driver's door and see if you can see anything that is broken or messed up...but I"m betting that someone ruined or replaced the lock cores and that is why your key is not working.

Is your key working anywhere? I assume it works in the ignition?
