pressure plate, and you can see the thickness of the clutch which still grabbed very well till the day i took it out

How many miles would you estimate there are on the clutch? Looks good!

To be honest with you I am not sure. I bought the car when it had 122k on it and when it was replaced it had 134k so I know there is atleast 12k on it. I took it out when I replaced my tranny. I didnt know the condition at the time of the clutch so I had already bought a new one to throw in. When I compared the new one with this one, I could see that there was a lot of life on it. You can kind of see the thickness in that last picture. Also when I took off the tranny, it was evident that it had already been removed. The flywheel might have 134k on it but I'm sure the clutch does not.

how many lbs is the flywheel ?

yes, it is the stock flywheel so it weighs the same as stock. What that number is exactly I dont remember. All the flywheel needs is to be cut.
