Well I thought I was going to need a new VANOS, but it now looks otherwise. Today I received a neused VANOS and solenoid from Bavarian Auto and I am looking to sell it to get some new upper control arms.


Unit comes with Vanos and Solenoid and a 6 month warranty from Bavarian Auto.

your first post is hard to under stand. Do you mean it is Unused or used? Aso do you mind if I ask what you paid?

neused = used like new. This unit was off a low mile rear totaled car from what the salesman told me.

The phone salesman quoted me $265, but I was able to have a buddy call them (he knows them) and got me a real good deal. Really really good deal.

Good part about this part is if you buy it, we can enhance the warranty to a year or better for a minimal cost. They will reimburse you with store credit for your personal labor if the part were to fail under warranty. Kick butt deal if you ask me.

I have seen posts on people getting a VANOS for $75, but with no warranty.
