what tips u guys can give me when looking for one? such as things to ask the dealer, etc..

and is there any performance difference between an 01-02 and the 03+?

ive seen 03+ with 60k miles going for the same price as 01-02 with 40k miles, which would be a better buy?

if inspection I/II hasnt been done by a bmw dealership, should i still feel comfortable in purchasing the car? maybe negotiate the price lower than usual?
