hey so i ordered a fuel filter a while back and yesterday i was going to put it in...so i went to bimmerdiy.com and was just double checking everything...and i looked at the filter that they said to put in and i was different than mine. Mine is a mahle, KL 66 and they were installing a KL like 36 i believe...i was wondering if mine would still work? isnt a filter just a filter...please help

Filters come in a variety of shapes and sizes. There are also different requirements for operating pressure, differential pressure, and flow. Mahle should be able to tell you which one is right for your car.

so the one i have i should use...ok nice so i have a filter ..if i call them they will be able to tell me car the filter i have goes to right?
