Great 325 Upgrade........
This might be a very noob question, but what will this do for my 325? Thanks

It refered to as the poor mans short shift kit for 325 318.
It works as that but not to the extent of a after market (expensive) ssk.

What else would I need with this? (where do I buy the bushings and all that)

Well when I was running it in my car (not this shifter) it was like 5 years ago the story was to just use the stick of the m3 in the 325 linkage.
I don't know if that is still the case. You could try a search and see what comes up.
I do have the one I used in my car its a 95 m3 stick in 325 linkage.
Yellow bushings are about .50 cents for a pair you can get them from the stealer, or bimmerparts.com or just use the ones from your other shifter. Brand new clips are included with sale.
Thanks,
Josh
