I currently have a M3 3.38 LSD diff installed in my car that I'm thinking of selling. I bought it used so I don't know the exact mileage. It has only be used for normal street driving. It will be sold with out stub axles. I would like to get SOLD for it, pick up only.

OT - white m3 coupe? stock wheels? I think I've seen you running around on airport road. :wave

is the diff making any noises or showing any signs of wear?

Yes, it's a white coupe with stock wheels but I haven't been on airport road in month's if not a year. I work in King of Prussia and that's why I thinking of removing it - gas mileage.

It isn't make any noise. Your welcome to come see/feel it in the car. As for wear, I'm not sure what you mean. Both my rear tires spin pretty easily, so the LSD is working fine.

yes, I was referring to the LSD portion since the plates can wear out over time/use. this isn't for me, I have a custom diff that I use, it's for a friend that I am going to refer this thread to.

No you would just re-use the one from your old diff. They come out very easily, either a pry bar or just pull.

How many miles did you put on the diff? Have you changed the fluids?

I put around 24k miles on it and most of them are highway miles. My daily commute is 90 miles and before that it was 120 miles. I changed the fluid when I installed it. It is currently running Amsoil Oil. Also, I could installed the diff in your vehicle for the price or exchange of 3 cases of beer ~ roughly $80.

Currently still available. I think I saw your car the other night on Cedar Crest. There can't been that many Dakar M3 running around A-town.

Currently it's in my car. I wasn't going to remove it unless someone was really going to buy. I'm available this weekend, Sunday is the better day. It should only take me an hour or 2 at the most to get it out.
