Anybody added BMW wheels to your lease after you already had the car? I was asking the salesman about it, and he said that they have a new policy that will adjust the residual and your payments, so you're not just buying them outright...
Has anybody heard about this, or done this?

it's not a big deal... it gets added to the sale price and you just make the payments on them. usually we add it to the buyers order.

After the deal is already made?
We've had the car only a few days, but I would REALLY like some different wheels.

Don't see the problem....just take off your wheels, put 19s on and when the lease is over put the OEM wheels back on. Also going 19s you have a choice of tires, don't have to go with RFTs, and just put one of your stock wheels in the trunk.

if the deal is already made you MAY be able to change it... but it will depend on how willing they are to unwind the paperwork at that point. it may have already gone through and you would not have anything left to do. my suggestion is to go in and see your salesperson and be ready to re-sign paperwork if they can do it.
