What year and body are you looking for??? I have a '98 sedan auto that was just totaled last week and am waiting to settle things on it and I might buy it back. I posted some pics of it in the E36 M3 forum under the title "Totaled '98 Sedan Value???". There have been a couple other folks interested but I would be glad to let you know about it as well once I find out what the buyback will be.
