Here is a sound clip from our prototype BOV ( the BOV in the vid is not complete either) It is missing the snout that will come with all BOV's.

I don't own a 335, but are there any improvements to be had with this?

Is this a modified greddy valve or is it purely your own.

Does this replace the stock BOV?

Any performance improvements?

Also, $595 a little steep for a BOV... what would keep me from removing the bosch bypass valve, plugging the recirc and putting a Greddy Type S on it for ~$180

Trust me, you can't just vent to atmosphere on a new car, whether it is a factory turbo or not. The DME will see a brief rich situation and freak out. Since the car has already determined the amount of air in the system it adjusts for it accordingly. The moment it sees an overly rich condition, it will assume there is a problem. Even on 'newer' SAAB's (03+ which have been out for years), the tuners are having issues with a performance BOV. It's not as easy to go BOV vs BPV with newer HFM and MAF cars.

Can you believe the inflation on these things. Holy crap :help . This better include software for additional boost gain.

So if I install this on my 335 and bypass the factory BOVs, would the Check Engine sign come on or anything else? Would it mess with the computer? If it does, and if I take it out and take it to the dealership; would they know that i messed with it?
