just wanted to let everyone know that the rates for the new 328 sedans got better today on leases. the 335's sedans hold and the coupes will actually be a little worse (this is normal considering we can't even order enough for what we have sold). I'm not going to post the new MF, but I'm sure it will be available on the web elsewhere shortly... first one to post the link underneath gets a cookie :)

march is going to be a good month!

cheers!

theroyale,

What kind of lease should be possible on the following car? 36 months, 15k/ year, zero down and max mds(?) deposits.

328xi
Premium
Sport
Xenons
Cold Weather
Logic 7
iPod/USB
Metallic Paint

MSRP including Destination $43,150. Invoice should be about $39.7K

They aren't up on roadfly yet, but that's where they usually show up first. Keep checking http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/financing (http://orums.roadfly.com/forums/financing), they usually pop up around the 5th of the month.

The 3 series 'vert is not on there, but the 335xi Sedan has been added (.00360 MF across all lease terms - OUCH!)

Ouch....that's double the sedan MF. I couldn't figure out why my residual (335i Sedan) was 73% when I got my lease. I see that for 12K miles a year you add additional 2% to your residual. MSRP was $44170 and residual is $32244. That makes sense. Finance guy told me 71% but didn't say that you pick up few more percent depending on mileage.
