Hi all:

I have a 2003 Z4 3.0i. My lock/unlock doesn't beep or flash the blinkers. I realize that this may have to be programmed. Does anyone know what the costs may be?

Also, would an independent BMW mechanic be able to do this?

Free to 100 is what I've seen. Figure 15 minutes of dealer time.

Independent can do it if he has enough dough to buy a BMW computer - that's what is required.
