Yea, use a wheel repair company. They usually work wonders with almost any level of curb rash. There are several here in Atlanta, but you should have some near you.

Ball Park figure for average curb rash, without a bent wheel... $100. That includes repairing the damage, repaint(if not machine finish), and clear coat.
