On my '02 525i, would not turn over, all sorts of noise coming from engine compartment, car shaking. Cleaned off snow/ice, opened hood and found a piece of thin black plastic (from fan?) on bumper. Nothing else seemed wrong, closed hood, and it started, albeit a little rougher than usual. Any ideas? The engine has been making a high pitched cyclical noise when cold lately.
