Ok I have a quick question, I have a 4.10 lsd differential from my e34 that I sold. The stock gears in my e39 are 410 I bieleve, Is there any way to get the e34 diff to work in the e39? I THINK the only difference is the cover...

I have a 97 528i with m52 and gm 4l30e SO I THINK I have 4.10 right now, just not LS.

ur not getting any replies cause the lsd question has been beaten to death, use the search functon. afaik the only lsd bmw diff that will fit an e39 is from an e39 m5, and requires extra parts and modification depending if you have a manual or auto.
