Not that I need to ad much more, but my roommate is moving out at the end of this month. They would love it if I had someone lined up by the 1st of March since they are moving out a month before their lease is up, but it'll be whenever I can find someone.

$400/month + half ultilities (gas, electric, water, cable internet, etc.)

2 story town house located a few blocks from the Vancouver Mall.
2 car garage!!
2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and plenty of closet space.
There is an office space, living room, and kitchen on the first floor, and the bedrooms take up the second floor.

I have no interest in a party animal roommate, so keep that in mind. I lead a quiet and VERY busy life. I have no room for a roommate that's going to be a headache. A fellow student would be nice, or someone that works as much/hard as I do. I find it's more cohesive if roommates are coming from similar perspectives (not a must by any means). Definitely no kids- no way, no how. The owner says no pets, so... no pets.

I'll just post it. Lease is one year, yes it's a nice place, and location was already disclosed in the first post. It's a 10 minute walk from Dick Hannah though!
