I had this clutch in the 01 M Roadster for 2000 miles, it rattled too much for my taste and is back to the stock twin mass. I heard it's good for the S52 but I dont's suggest it for the s54. I SUGGEST YOU BUY NEW FLYWHEEL BOLTS, but the used ones are yours. Make an offer, though I'm thinking around 375+shipping. I will get pictures up soon, but it doesnt look abused because it wasn't, the flywheel face is replaceable though.

From UUC it fits: M3, 328, 325, 323, 320 ( 1992-1999 E36 6-cylinder models)
M Roadster/Coupe (all including S54 engine)
Z3 2.8 (1996-1998 M52 engine)
525i (1992-1995 E34)

Yes it's the flywheel, Clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing.

I don't want to steer you wrong, so just check UUC site for any fitment issues. I think all E36's are going to be the same though at least that's the impression I get. if I can find my spare clutch alignment tool it's yours too, though you can get that from pelican for $9 if I can't find it.

I'll get the pictures in a few minutes. The only thing you NEED are new flywheel bolts, I'll give you the old ones but I don't suggest reusing them. If you're doing the work yourself you may want to consider the typical clutch change things as well, Throwout guide, clutch fork, clutch fork spring/clip, seal changes and pilot bearing but that's just preventive while you have the transmission off.

Here are the pictures, I didn't clean the flywheel that well. If anyone wants to see it cleaned up, let me know I'm probably going to pull it off the car sunday.
