If you do not have a black one, you can always get some fabric and vinyl spray paint and do it up in black. My cover was faded to a nasty purple cover until I sprayed mine. While it did not cover up all the nicks and scratches, it looks a LOT better black than purple.

Scabzzzz, he is looking for the cover that pivots from the back seat and covers up the "trunk" area of the hatch when it is down

i had a grey cargo cover once. i simply painted mine black with fabric paint as Mad Machine mentioned. took a couple cans and it's a little rough feeling but i was going for color not feel.

Ohhhh... Yeah that thing rattles. I took it off but i painted it black too with fabric paint. Works good looks good. I have a hard time finding used Ti parts locally and also online.

Get onto the 318ti forum. There are a few people parting their cars out right now and they ship for decent prices.

Best bet is ordering a new one from the BMW dealer. It comes in black or grey. That's what I had to do for one of my ti. :)

That is the going rate for the cargo cover. You can order from other bmw dealerships online then have it shipped. Some of them give discount to BMWCCA club members. That's what I did through a local BMW dealer. ;)

Search for Bavarian auto dismantlers online. Unless you want to pay $150 for a new one.

Why don't you just use cloth dye from a store? After all thats all it is!

best regards David

cloth dye fades.. I did that and 6 months later it is back to a purple colour
