I'm thinking about a 05 645cic 29K miles from a BMW dealer certified car, all the std things plus logic7 heads up, cold weather sat radio, sport Pkg. $61000 Good, Fair, not great dont buy please get back to me this car just came in and it's mint.

Not a great deal... Is this Prestige, Park Ave. or Open Road?

If you can get the car for 57K, then you have a deal. What is warranty on it? Did you test drive it? Did you ask if it was a buy-back? Ask for the service history on the car. Ask what is the current CIP or Progman version on the 645.?

the car just came off lease and was not a buy back, I know they will never go to 57k for the car, I have a question I have been looking and I have not seen anything close in price in a certified car with these options yes I think the mileage is a little high but when you see them with 10,15K miles they are around 65K and not alll are certified. If it's not a good deal I wil back off. I know a dealer who has two new 06 650cic but the cheapest one is 77K 07's are way over my budget.

You did not answer the dealer question..? My primary reason for asking would be only to help you understand the dealers tactics.

If you can't even get 3K off, I'd say wait for a better deal. I bet that 645 will be on the lot for a few more months.

I don't really understand what you mean? The deal is 61K there is no other 05 on the lot. I was referring to other 05's I have seen with lower mileage going for 65-68k I have been told by a very good friend who works at BMW stay away from the 06 model either go with an 05 or 07 they said there have been issues with the 06 550. My other issue is I have a 07 550 only 2300mi so I'm trying to deceide if this is worth it or not
