i was doing 58 in a 45 and got a citation. what happens now? fines? court appearance? community service? defensive driving?

im a noob and this is my first one so help me out

where did you get it? should be able to differ it or def. driving.

I got a citation for 81 in 55 in construction zone last month, dont even know how this one will work out.

call and find out how much its going to be, then pay the ticket after that ask for traffic school so that your insurance doesnt go up.

also this is my first one are they leanient? and i got it in a residential area where the speed limit was 45 and i was doin 58....

How old are you? If you are under 18 you have to go to court with your parent(s). Take DD and be done with it.

Usually people do the driving school first rather than deferred adjudication. In our area, the fine is less for school. If you get a second ticket, you can opt for DA on the second one. If you use DA on the first one, then get a second one, you are SOL - it's going on your driving record.

Last time I got a ticket, I came in to work on sunday and took defensive driving online. I think I actually made like 30 bucks that day.

zain take defensive driving and call it a day. LOL hows it feel now bitch gettin a ticket. at least yours wasnt 99 in a 60. although im sure your dad has gotten those a few times.
