russiamutha 02-20-2007, 02:11 PM where did you get it? should be able to differ it or def. driving.
I got a citation for 81 in 55 in construction zone last month, dont even know how this one will work out.
Smilez@EuroDyne 02-20-2007, 02:13 PM call and find out how much its going to be, then pay the ticket after that ask for traffic school so that your insurance doesnt go up.

gobuffs 02-20-2007, 02:51 PM How old are you? If you are under 18 you have to go to court with your parent(s). Take DD and be done with it.

Rahul325 02-20-2007, 04:22 PM Deferred Adjudication.
Z4luvr 02-20-2007, 05:51 PM Usually people do the driving school first rather than deferred adjudication. In our area, the fine is less for school. If you get a second ticket, you can opt for DA on the second one. If you use DA on the first one, then get a second one, you are SOL - it's going on your driving record.
Joe Sixpack 02-20-2007, 06:14 PM Last time I got a ticket, I came in to work on sunday and took defensive driving online. I think I actually made like 30 bucks that day.
