Well the other day my friend was getting into my car and her fancy belt with metal stars on it dug into the leather and tore it open.
Does anyone know how/where/if I can get this fixed? Just to be clear this is not a scratch but a open tear.
:help

Emo?
Kidding. The only place I ever heard about was somewhere in Nisku. Was supposed to be nice. Other than that, no clue.
OMG!!! It's a 2003, too. Freak. That would suck!

Oh it does suck... I have electrical tape on it so it doesn't get any bigger (good thing the seats are black!!) and I swear everytime I look at it there seems to be big signs and arrows pointing at it.
I couldn't really get mad... it was an accident and she was almost in tears. Sigh... I'm such a softy.
Do you rememeber the name of this place in Nisku, Flamewerks?

I don't actually. I haven't seen the guy who told me about forever. If you look in the yellow pages, I'm sure there won't be too many upholstery places in Nisku to choose from:) I would go around the different shops and see who has the best kept and cleanest one, and who knows what they're talking about. There is also a place in Wetaskiwin on main street. Don't know if they do good work, though. If that helps.

Try Robine Pare at LVP (leather, vinyl, plastic) repairs. Robine 405 4718.
No personal experience but they are highly recommended.
