CABimmer 02-23-2007, 11:33 AM I have the fronts, They work well for me. I cant really compare them to any other BBKs though.

NightKidz 02-27-2007, 12:26 AM Do you mind telling me what your honest opinions of these BBKs are?
I think these are the best upgrade for the E36 M3
it stops way better than the stock brake
it looks good and especially when u have an upgraded aftermarket 18 or 19" wheels...

BMWManiac 03-02-2007, 07:36 AM I just changed out pads on a '96 Toyota Tacoma and I just realized that those are the exact same front calipers....
Bromaguire 03-02-2007, 08:54 PM Do you mind telling me what your honest opinions of these BBKs are?
I have this BBK and I think the performance is amazing. There is a huge difference between the stock brakes and this BBK. I am running the 14" in the front with the 12.9 in the rear and the looks is good also.

Maybe they look similar but they are definately not the same.

I'm looking around on ebay at 4-runner calipers and they actually do look very similar..
Rob Levinson 03-29-2007, 03:10 PM FYI - there is absolutely no relation between those calipers and Toyota calipers.
The brake kit for sale in this thread was manufactured by SSBC in upstate NY. The calipers are there own design and casting, based on a specific brake pad that has nothing to do with Toyota whatsoever.
Many 4-piston calipers look similar, it's a "form follows function" kind of thing. Most tires are black and round, doesn't mean your M3 uses 4runner tires!

NightKidz 03-31-2007, 03:41 AM Thanks Rob
Price drop to 1400 shipped
BBK is still up for sale
