Will a C33 HU run the Alpine changer (Model # 1 82111469404 originally attached to a C43) out of a 99 M3?

Is it plug and play? No new cables or connectors needed?

I've done a little bit of research and what I've found is that they are compatible but wanted to confirm with someone who has actually done this.
