I'm over 20 posts...logged out and back in, but still says "May Not Attach"....what am I doing wrong?

Making a new thread about it, for starters....

Yes...well...I did search before posting..and yes, I did find your infinitely descriptive tutorial on how to adjust size, attach, link to, etc. etc......those do not address the fact, however, that despite having a post count that is beyond the minimum threshold, the "Posting Rules" box at the lower left of all pages still indicates that I "May not post attachments".

I did however successfully link to a couple of pictures...so I suppose that will suffice.

You may not use attachments until 100 posts, at 20 posts you may post link pictures. So please use a place like http://www.imageshack.us or another of your choosing.

And please don't make threads about this, especially in the e21 section.
