I made a few WTB threads around the internet, and I have been keeping in touch with a few sellers across the US. I still havent found "the car" yet. I had an option to buy a mint 91 with 55k miles on it, but it was to nice to be driving around every day. I have owned a couple bimmers in the past but have always had a soft spot for the e30 m3. What are some important things to look for when buying one? What are some good years/options to look for.

Thanks in advance..

AIM Jdubspeeds if anyone wants to BS with me about em'
or feel free to email me jtawilson@comcast.net if you know of any friends selling.

Matt at M-Cars in Seattle has a couple on consigment. Also an OK for sale on the Puget Sound BMW Club's BB right now. Check out the For Sale section of www.BMWPugetSound.com/vbb

Be patient, I looked at 12 before buying mine.

When you do find one, the local expert on E30 M3s is JR Nagy at Auburn Foreign Car. Have him do a pre-purchase inspection. He owns two himself and many of the local E30 M3 owners take their M3s to him for service.

If you purchase by June 10, be sure to attend the E30 Picnic in Issaquah at the Triple-X Drive In. Over 150 E30s including a couple dozen E30 M3s.
