yep, while unemployed. As it turns out her brother in law asked her sister to marry him when he was unemployed and her dad asked her mom to marry him when he was "in transition professionally" as well. I really like the fact other guys have paved the way for low expectations

From what I know I paid for my wife's ring a number of years ago.....what you described has got to be $7-8k. Not bad for somebody unemployed. Of course i bought my wife's ring with a student loan. LOL
