ex-97 M3: intake, exhaust, 10-lb flywheel, JC Chip; 221 rwHP, 225 ft-lb of torque

my personal fav is still beating a GMC Syclone and a GMC Typhoon back to back, one after the other (they were together). We started from about 40mph (perfect for a 2nd gear start in a 3.2L) and raced until about 85mph on PCH. Both didn't keep up with my 97 M3...(I'm just glad we didn't start from a dead stop, ;-)..280 HP and AWD in those lil' trucks may have taken me out to at least 75mph)...

Raced a modded 300ZX TT with higher boost and intake mods from 0-110mph. I had extra passenger, he did not. I really worked him, as he had trouble with off-the-line starts, but I could see him catching up after 80mph..

My ex-97 M3 also got WORKED by a 500 HP supra automatic with 3 big dudes in the car. We tried first with him running lower boost and up until 80mph I beat him real bad. He slowly caught up and passed.. Then he raised it to 18psi and seriously beat me by 5 car lengths to 70mph!

That M3 also kept up with a Lamborghini Diablo SV, driven by one of that day's instructors (his own Lambo). We were lapping at pretty much identical times. Unfortunately this was my last day with the 97, as it encountered a fatal spin on my last lap of the day...

With my 95 M3, only has intake and Dinan chip at the moment, I was able to convincingly beat my gf's brother's 94 Mustang Cobra. Off the line I didn't beat him QUITE as bad as I used to with my 97 3.2L, but after second gear, even with this taller rear end, I convincingly began to walk away. This 95 seems to pull harder than my 97 did after 80mph, and I had never lost to a normally aspirated M3 in my 97 even when it was stock...gotta love them 3.0s too! CYA>PM3
