I need some cutting pads and can't wait a week for shipping... Anyone knows if Sears sell them? Napa? Big Lots, etc??

Try some automotive paint stores. I have one locally that sells Meguiar's pads (although most don't recommend using those on paint). Also one of my Napa's sells 3m pads. I would call ahead first.
