If you get koni they have you reuse your strut housing. Its basically an insert. If these are from his m3 its a chance to upgrade the front end geometry.

So I pm you the info and all of a sudden you want your money back. Just because your mechanic already ordered them the same day I had shipped them. What am I suppose to do for you. I refuse to refund you any money since the rtabs are already on their way to him. How do I want to send them now when I already informed you yesterday before you even mentioned that you where going to order elsewhere. maybe you should had mentioned it yesterday. I am pretty sure that you had already known that your mechanic was going to order them a few days before hand. If you weren't so vague in your pm's or post then we could have sorted it out prior. You should have mentioned that if it weren't in the mail that you were just going to order from another place. That would have been more feasible. Now that I send you the information you asked for you all of sudden want a refund since your mechanic ordered them.

I have done business on this forum with a few others and none of them are as difficult as you are. I do not want to be the bad guy here and nor do I want you to be the one. So if it makes you feel any better I will refund you the shipping cost and you can keep the item. Also if you want to send me back the item I can post a partial refund to your paypal account less my inconvenience fee and shipping fee.

Let me know what you want to do since you are the consumer and I am the merchant.

My friend this all happened yesterday and as your response states you will send out TODAY (By the way what is the post mark on your package, hope its not todays date) Car went it shop yesterday morn, its back already dude what am I supposed to do with MORE RTABs.....do another install in 3 months?

Fact: Your item was the first item i purchased on the forum starting form the 10th, everybody else parts got here before yesterday, now B4 real 10 days is LONG ENOUGH for 2 Lil bushings to get to NY from anywhere. Actually I am not having any problems. Like I said work has taken it's toll. Which means I have been slumped here at work I do not have all day to browse the forums such as yourself.

Also why wouldn't the package be marked as today since I told you that I would send it tomorrow which was yesterday. Was it my fault that I did not get your pm right away. I just got that pm today when you got the reply. Like I said you have three options now.

Option 1: Keep item and be happy by sucking it up.
Option 2: Keep the item and get shipping money back.
Option 3: Send item back and get partial payment back less shipping and inconvenience fees as stated prior.

I am only making this fair for the both of us. Also how could I sell a car that has already been sold. ;)
