My e30 won't start!
About two hours after i got back from a garage to fix the air conditioner's compressor, I checked the fuse box and found that one fuse melted (no 16 -> what fuse is that? Anyone got a scheme/catalog for e30 fuses?). I replaced it, and started the engine. It ran normally. Few hours later, planning to go to a gas station, I started it again... this time, it won't start...
Lights, radio, power window, and every electrical devices are functional. I placed a new alternator and batterry few months ago. All fuses is normal. What goes wrong? Everytime I turned the key, a click sounded. It means the electrical connection is working, right? But the engine does not respond. it stays quiet... What might be the problem?
Oh, one more thing. The exhaust recently has been producing thin smoke and sounds a bit louder. As far as I concern, it comes from oil leaking in the engine. Is that correct? Does it have anything to do with the engine failing to start?
Please advice. My e30 has been an important part of my routine. A faithful companion to my everyday. I need to have it back to life.
BTW, mind my english. I hope u understand this writing... hehehe...
