My 2003 Z4 3.0 is in for repair with BMW for the fourth time (BMW Scothall Watford). AM radio is fine but the FM signal is poor with lots of Interference . They have replaced the aerial, radio unit and are saying there is no problem!!!!!. I am just about to go nuts with them over this as they are completely inept at doing anything.

Any suggestions as to what they are doing wrong or wether this is a standard problem with older Z4s.

I want to complain about poor service from BMW anyone know the best routes to do this as well.

I had an '03 3.0i with the carver system and it was about the same as the current carver (THX) system in the MZ4. Both FM and AM are weak (volume and quality) compared to the CD. The radio reception in the Z4 and MZ4 is equal or better than my other vehicles.

The problem with main dealers is that they're always in P.O.E.T.S. mode - why don't you phone them up and say "fix my car you shit!"
