The second large Denver GTG of 2007 will be on Saturday, February 24th, 2007 @ 1:00pm.

It'll be across the Southwest Plaza, behind Sports Authority on Wadworth + Bowles.

There will be a ton of space available, we should not have a problem at all.
Any vehicle from across the Atlantic pond is welcome; hope to see you come out.
You'll spot the group on the northside (behind) facing Long Drive + the golf course
There are food establishments, both sit down and fast take out, available in walking distance.

PLEASE come with a positive attitude; many are meeting each other for the first time.
We don't anyone to crash the fun in the first of the year... that's never good!

NOTE There will be no reservations set; this will be a "free-for-all" event more or less.

NOTE: Also, there will be a few OBDII VAG-COMs and other scanners being brought if you need a scan. Just ask and we'd be glad to help fellow owners out.

I am a brand new enthusiast and my car doesnt go to custom shop til march. is it okay yo bring a pos or will i be humiliated? its not that bad but its not where it will be in 6 weeks. coming up from springs 93 325i sedan, clear corners, altezza tail lights, grill mesh, pioneer and pbx sound, 17' Enkei wrapped in Yokohama.

Cool, definitely try and bring as many as you can. It'll be nice to see some more bimmers there as well the Audis and VWs. You might try and plan a caravan with edition719 (http://www.edition719.com/) (VW group), as I think this meet is going to be mostly VWs (but we are wanting more diversity). It also looks like the weather is supposed to be decent towards the end of the week, so lets hope it stays that way through at least Saturday.

At this point it looks like almost 40 people have committed, but we need more BMWs! It will be worth the drive from the Springs, bring your ride!

It is a treat to get a few of the bimmer guys and gals to show up to these things. They will be a monthly occurance (right Erik?) for the rest of the warm months this year. Last year, and years past, we have had over 60 cars at some of these gtg's and they overall have been a fabulous time. VW, Audi, BMW, Modded or not, we love to see new cars and faces!!

I know I'm not Erik, but yes, this will happen every month (sometimes on Sunday, not Saturday), but the location may change depending on how much the members like this one.

If it snows as they say it will, I may not makr it from the springs, I dont have any traction control and 40 series on rwd dont mix well with snow. hoping for rapid global warming

Id love to go but we have been planning another 4wheeling run for this weekend. Im sprayin bumpers in the morning and wheeling afternoon and night. Next time for sure!

Last weather update as of now...slight chance of snow showers for the southeastern suburbs, not where we are meeting...expecting~50 or so cars at this point.

The roads are wet at worst, the sun is out, hope to see some of you there!
