View Full Version : Tunning a Vette
keeptheuroalive 02-13-2007, 12:37 PM Kinda OT does anyone know a place near Atlanta that can do a custom tune on a Vette my friend has a customer who wants a custom tune for some reason and he asked me. I have no earthly idea where to get it done, but hopefully someone might know on here.
Thanks

scorch268 02-13-2007, 12:44 PM Try topspeed up north, iirc they can "tune" anything- not sure how much you can gain in a NA car.

dos Santos 02-13-2007, 01:09 PM What year is the corvette?
I can bring my guitar and sit in the vette and play a custom tune for you. I'm pretty good like that. I used to be in a band. Let me know.
dos Santos 02-13-2007, 01:36 PM I can bring my banjo and sit in the vette and play a custom tune on you. I'm pretty good like that. I used to live in the mountains. Let me know.
Fixed.

Nemesis519 02-13-2007, 02:49 PM There used to be an awesome shop in the Woodstock / Marietta area. They tuned my LS1 and squeezed an extra 50 hp out of it, but I think they closed their doors a year or two ago. :(
adeelpowers 02-13-2007, 05:25 PM I like the tune of this thread.

I've seen some of the work they do...they know how to make vettes and camaros fast. Seriously fast...
FASN8N 02-14-2007, 10:37 AM I have never used MTI, but I have heard more bad than good about them.
I have used Vengeance Racing in Cumming. These guys are top notch.

Speaking of vettes, a guy I know just bought a c6 z06 and I went for a ride in it today. All I have to say is W-U-D-D-A-H-F-U-K

Lambinator 03-01-2007, 01:28 AM Z06 power makes the M3 look just plain silly, doesn't it?

I drove a new Z4M at the BMW M school a few weeks ago. The first thing that came to my mind going from my Z06 to the Z4M was, where is the torque!
