i know its not a car, but i got no love from OT, so I'm asking here

I'm trying to design a shirt and I want to use the rugby ball in this picture. I don't have pshop on my comp and was wondering if someone could make the entire ball grey, make the background white, and maybe clean up the edges. I want to put this image on the back of the shirt (kinda big) with my teams schedule over it. Thanks
