yes and the "Pirelly"s are low profile so there should be no rubbing

They will also provide additional cooling when you come to a stop.
You can probably grind away the rust.
Too rich for my blood though.

don't see what the big deal is. A 17" wheel tire combo is about 50#. They are indeed UGLY
